Job summary

The Digital Experience Lead is responsible for enhancing digital commercial performance by leveraging sales, customer, and market insights to optimize offerings and guide commercial priorities across various channels. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in digital-led commercial outcomes throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in the fashion sector.
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and its synergies.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional collaboration and influencing without formal authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of digital channels and their commercial implications.
  • Effective communication skills with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute daily site activity plans based on customer group insights and global guidelines.
  • Optimize digital performance by analyzing sales data, web analytics, and user behavior to improve sales and customer experience.
  • Conduct A/B testing and share findings with relevant teams to enhance the digital customer journey.
  • Monitor and optimize delivery, payment, and return processes to boost digital profitability.
  • Implement post-purchase strategies and manage customer support interactions.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Managers and E-commerce Leads to ensure effective digital execution.

Education
