Job summary

The role involves leading a team of Digital Cloud Solution Architects (DCSAs) in Western Europe to drive customer cloud adoption and assist in their digital transformation goals. The manager will focus on developing leadership skills within the team, enhancing cross-team collaboration, and improving communication across a geographically dispersed organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leadership and coaching, particularly in a technical environment.
• Strong background in cloud technologies, specifically Azure.
• Experience in managing diverse teams and driving performance.
• Ability to engage with executive-level decision makers and guide them in digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and manage a team of 9 CAIP DCSAs, setting high standards for performance and excellence.
• Act as a strategic partner to business and technical leaders, helping them define and achieve their digital transformation objectives.
• Guide the team in accelerating Azure projects, providing architectural design support and technical recommendations.
• Ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets, managing forecasts and assessing risks effectively.
