Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or enterprise IT setting.
• Strong ability to convert business requirements into functional digital specifications and agile user stories.
• Familiarity with B2B/B2C e-commerce platforms and omnichannel customer interactions is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect business stakeholders with technical teams.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence is essential.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Gather, structure, and document business requirements for e-commerce and digital initiatives.
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed digital requirements and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders across business units and IT.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to clarify technical requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure digital solutions meet business criteria.
• Maintain clear documentation from initial requirements to final delivery.
