Development Manager (Supply Chain)

Job summary

The role involves leading global supply chain projects to drive improvements across the organization, from concept to implementation. The Development Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to supply chain transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience as a project manager in global organizations, with a proven track record in delivering transformation programs.
• Strong change project management skills and experience managing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Interest in systems with the ability to bridge processes and technical details.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and related systems (e.g., planning systems, ERP, MES).
• Experience or interest in using AI tools and data-driven approaches for process improvement.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive end-to-end improvements.
• Present project updates to upper management and facilitate workshops with project participants.
• Act as a liaison between Supply Chain, IT, and external suppliers.
