Job summary

The role involves leading global supply chain projects, focusing on end-to-end improvements and project delivery from concept to implementation. The position is part of a team responsible for executing supply chain development and transformation initiatives, ensuring products reach users effectively.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of full-time experience as a project manager in global organizations, with a proven track record in delivering transformation programs.
• Strong change project management skills and experience in stakeholder management at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supply chain transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide programs.
• Act as a liaison between the Supply Chain organization, IT, and external suppliers.
• Present project updates to upper management and facilitate workshops with project participants.
• Collaborate with diverse project contributors to ensure progress and alignment.

Skills

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and related systems (e.g., planning systems, ERP, MES).
• Interest in leveraging AI tools and data-driven approaches for process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
