Development Manager (Supply Chain, Humlebæk)

Job summary

The role involves leading the transformation of a global supply chain by enhancing processes, systems, and operating models to support digital advancements and AI integration. The position is based at the headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark, and is part of a team focused on driving supply chain evolution across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain development or process design within global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and enhance end-to-end supply chain processes with an emphasis on standardization and AI readiness.
• Lead supply chain development initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Ensure alignment on process design and digital enablement across enterprise-wide programs.
• Clarify how initiatives integrate into the overall supply chain structure, including governance.
• Serve as a liaison between Supply Chain, IT, Operations, and Quality to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Skills

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their system support (planning tools, ERP, MES).
• Proven project management skills with a track record of leading change in a global context.
• Ability to navigate complexity and translate digital opportunities into practical improvements.
• Strong interest in AI, data, and automation, with an understanding of the importance of structured processes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Education

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
