Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design and product development within an industrial or manufacturing context.
• Familiarity with NX CAD and Teamcenter is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical calculations.
• Experience in technical documentation, testing, and validation of mechanical solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, production, sourcing, and quality teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop new hygienic products, including designs, features, and materials from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Maintain and support the existing product portfolio through design changes and collaboration with supply and purchasing activities.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including Product Management and Supply Chain, to ensure project success and alignment with organizational objectives.
