Demand Process Expert

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing demand planning and inventory management within a global organization, contributing to improved decision-making across the value chain. Based at the company's headquarters, the Demand Process Expert will collaborate with various teams to optimize forecasting and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, particularly in demand planning and inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead initiatives within the Demand Centre of Excellence, focusing on planning and forecasting processes.
• Manage inventory programs, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and track performance.
• Ensure alignment of planning methodologies and documentation across global functions and regions.
• Create analytical dashboards and reports to aid in business decision-making.
• Serve as a project management partner, enhancing data literacy and operational practices among colleagues.

Skills

• Experience in project management, analytics, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python; familiarity with Power BI, SAP, Snowflake, or Anaplan is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to present data insights clearly.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
