Responsibilities

• Map, document, and continuously enhance operational processes throughout the delivery journey.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational blueprints for consistency.
• Define relevant operational KPIs and develop dashboards and performance reports.
• Analyze performance data to identify deviations, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional delivery teams to ensure processes align with operational realities.
• Partner with training functions to convert operational knowledge into scalable training resources.
• Establish a foundation for ongoing improvements in efficiency and quality.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, last mile delivery, installation, or refurbishment is advantageous.

Education
