Job summary

The role involves managing and developing decentralized finance (DeFi) products, requiring a blend of technical expertise and product management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and experience in building DeFi products from inception to launch.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in DeFi product management, preferably in startup environments or core teams of established projects.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin for effective communication within teams and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex protocol and infrastructure details into clear product requirements and user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, and Business Development to drive product initiatives.
• Build consumer-grade crypto products and ecosystem-focused solutions, ensuring user growth and integration.

Skills

• Deep understanding of on-chain mechanisms and familiarity with wallet functionalities and core DeFi scenarios.
• Technical foundation in full-stack or backend development, including experience with React, Node, APIs, and cloud architecture.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Education

• A technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with protocol standards, OAuth/SDK integration, and relevant development tools in the DeFi space.
