Job summary

This role involves driving business development for a consulting firm specializing in deep tech startups, focusing on securing funding through various European instruments.

Qualifications

• Degree-level or diploma-level education.
• Over 5 years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, or account management role.
• Proven experience in managing multi-partner, cross-country projects and initiating client relationships.
• Strong interest in deep tech and working with clients across Europe.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
• Autonomous, creative, and responsible.
• Proficient in written and oral English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with online CRM software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and qualify leads, conducting evaluations and scheduling meetings.
• Advise clients on European funding options based on their development stage.
• Collaborate in internal meetings, presenting updates and managing cases.
• Develop strategies with team leaders to enhance deal flow.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development and consultant allocation.
• Manage client contracts, addressing concerns and ensuring timely completion.
• Research and implement new market initiatives aligned with departmental goals.
• Support operational improvements through planning and analysis.
• Represent the firm at meetings and conferences to expand the professional network.
• Contribute to business intelligence processes, including data collection and analysis.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and social media initiatives to enhance visibility.
