Deal Desk Associate (Remote)

Qualifications

• Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Order Management, or a related operational role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with CPQ tools is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and order management principles.
• Genuine interest in commercial aspects of deals, with a motivation to grow in this area.
• Collaborative and detail-oriented, capable of managing high volumes of tasks.
• Strong automation and AI capabilities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Practicals

• Focus on operational execution, including order management and quote processing, while gradually shifting towards strategic responsibilities.
• Manage Closed Won processing and ensure timely execution of orders.
• Build standard quotes in CPQ and process Order Forms accurately.
• Resolve Deal Desk cases related to technical and process inquiries.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Reports to: Senior Manager, Deal Strategy & Operations.
• Team: Revenue Operations — Sales Operations.
• Requires willingness to work split days to cover EMEA and AMER time zones.
