Data & Analytics Consulting Lead (Benefits, EMEA)

Job summary

This role focuses on transforming complex benefits data into actionable strategic advice for clients across the EMEA region. It involves working closely with Global Benefits consultants and clients to enhance the usability and visibility of analytics tools and insights.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in employee benefits and global benefits structures.
• Ability to interpret multiple datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
• Significant experience in client-facing roles, particularly with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey complex analytics to diverse audiences.
• Experience in consulting delivery with a strong affinity for data.

Responsibilities

• Enable colleagues across EMEA by conducting workshops and training sessions on analytics tools.
• Engage directly with clients, leading workshops and presentations to provide insights and recommendations.
• Translate data outputs into strategic client stories that inform benefits strategies.
• Support business development by demonstrating the value of data insights in sales conversations.
• Lead ad-hoc analytics advisory projects for clients seeking deeper insights.
• Develop the D&A proposition and lead client forums to gather feedback and enhance solutions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field or proven experience in a related role.

Tools

• Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies relevant to employee benefits.
