Data Analyst (On-site)

Job summary

The role involves supporting regulatory duties and ensuring the integrity of a consumer review platform through data analysis. The Data Analyst will collaborate with various teams to provide insights and analytics that help maintain trust and compliance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reporting best practices and delivering actionable insights using BI tools, particularly Looker.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills with a proven ability to deliver results.
• Advanced SQL skills, specifically with BigQuery.
• Experience in data modeling using DBT or similar tools.
• Familiarity with analytical methodologies such as regression and cohort analysis.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Understanding of A/B testing and familiarity with Airflow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory and compliance reporting.
• Provide expert analytics and insights across different business areas through both project-driven initiatives and ad-hoc requests.
• Develop data sets and dashboards to support Trust data integrity and audit requirements.
• Select appropriate analytical tools and methods to solve problems.
• Collaborate with Comms, Investor Relations, Marketing, Compliance, and Trust teams to fulfill data requests and achieve their objectives.
• Present findings and promote data-driven decision-making within the organization.
• Scope and document projects effectively.
• Standardize and automate key reports to ensure data integrity and quality.

Skills

• Advanced SQL and experience with BI tools (Looker).
• Data modeling and pipeline building experience (DBT or similar).
• Familiarity with analytical methodologies and statistical techniques.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in data analysis or a related field.
