About the role

Job summary

This role involves providing exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls from clients regarding their telecommunications issues, including TV, internet, and mobile services. You will assist customers with troubleshooting and ensure they have the appropriate products for their needs. Initial training will be provided for the first four weeks, during which you will learn about technical support, systems, and products. Note that vacation is not permitted during the first three months of employment.
