Job summary

This role involves managing customer orders, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high service quality. The representative will maintain documentation and compliance while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in biotechnology or manufacturing
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, with Salesforce as a preference
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Intermediate proficiency in Danish (B1/B2) is required
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • High attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inquiries about pricing, availability, and order status
  • Communicate customer needs across departments
  • Process customer orders ensuring accuracy in specifications and delivery information
  • Direct requests to appropriate teams and track follow-ups
  • Acknowledge orders and manage updates and backorders
  • Utilize sales order entry systems for accurate customer information
  • Adhere to service quality standards and departmental SOPs
  • Comply with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality management system requirements
  • Perform additional tasks to support business operations
