  • Skilled in handling escalations and solving complex customer issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and ticketing tools like Zendesk is a plus.
  • Full fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for client-facing teams on onboarding topics, ensuring compliance with global practices.
  • Manage onboarding processes for enterprise clients, providing tailored support and guidance.
  • Evaluate and enhance onboarding experiences to align with best practices.
  • Respond to onboarding inquiries from clients and employees, collaborating with Customer Care as needed.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge bases for onboarding operations.
  • Work closely with other operational teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Gather feedback to identify improvement opportunities in the onboarding process.
