The role involves overseeing quality assurance and control for customer project execution, ensuring that all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with significant experience in project quality management.
  • Preferred experience in infrastructure sectors such as oil & gas or construction; an electrical engineering background is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues early.
  • Collaborative mindset to build relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Confidence in coaching others on quality best practices.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management strategies, monitoring project performance against key quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate quality risks from the tendering phase through to final delivery.
  • Ensure all project outputs meet established quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Work with project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery without compromising quality.

  • Organized, structured, and results-oriented with a natural ability to influence and build trust.
  • Ability to thrive in complex environments and remain calm under pressure.
  • Initiative and a strong desire to contribute to business success.

Education

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with quality management tools and methodologies is beneficial.
