Customer Project Manager (Engineering, Hybrid, Denmark)

Job summary

The role involves managing customer projects within the engineering sector, focusing on sustainability and energy management. The position is based in Denmark with a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; a Business degree is a plus.
• Experience in project management within construction or engineering sectors.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Demonstrated commitment to task completion and accountability.
• Experience with Data Center projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with construction industry regulations is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel within Denmark and internationally.
• Fluency in English and Danish is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and associated documents.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and financial performance of dedicated projects.
• Manage relationships with customers and third parties.
• Handle stakeholder management and work package control.
• Oversee risk management, cost control, and procurement coordination.
• Support the project team in managing and completing job processes successfully.
• Provide technical guidance during installation and commissioning phases.
• Validate project statements of work and contract terms.
• Develop procedures for FAT, SAT, and site logistics.
