Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in a senior management role such as Managing Director, Country Manager, or Business Unit Head with full P&L responsibility.
  • Proven track record in leading turnaround, restructuring, or performance recovery initiatives.
  • Strong operational background in warehousing, logistics, or similar environments.
  • Demonstrated commercial judgment in contract management, pricing strategies, and risk assessment.
  • Ability to make clear decisions in uncertain situations and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial and impact-driven leadership style, prioritizing results over consensus.
  • Proficient in English communication at an executive level, comfortable in international board settings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization with a focus on profitability, cost structure, and cash generation.
  • Identify and analyze operational and commercial weaknesses, implementing actionable insights.
  • Reshape the customer and contract portfolio to enhance value contribution and risk control.
  • Set clear expectations and measurable targets for the leadership team, ensuring accountability.
  • Define and apply governance and decision-making frameworks consistently.
  • Represent the Danish business effectively to customers, the Group Board, and stakeholders.
