Job summary

The role involves overseeing a portfolio of office buildings, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with global standards in collaboration with Facility Management partners. The position is based in Østbirk and includes responsibilities for another location in Kolding.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the operation and maintenance of office buildings.
  • Strong understanding of contract management and service delivery.
  • Solid financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for all Real Estate & Facility Services matters.
  • Represent the site in global governance forums, aligning local needs with global initiatives.
  • Manage service contracts and SLAs, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize services, costs, and quality.
  • Plan and follow up on maintenance and operational activities.
  • Coordinate projects and improvements in line with regional strategy.
  • Maintain relationships with landlords, insurers, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance, including acting as local fire warden.

Skills

  • Service-minded and positive attitude with a proactive approach.
  • Structured and reliable, with the ability to act swiftly when necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in facility management, business administration, or related fields is preferred.
