Contact Lens Coordinator (Logistics, Contract, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves overseeing the performance and efficiency of contact lens operations in Northern Europe, focusing on operational excellence and data accuracy. The Contact Lens Coordinator will work closely with logistics partners and various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or 3PL environments.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
• High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, and lead times.
• Validate and challenge operational data from external partners for accuracy and transparency.
• Analyze trends, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholder visibility.
• Act as the key link between warehouse operations, supply chain teams, and customer-facing teams.
• Coordinate communication regarding order flow, inventory availability, and service risks.
• Support operational readiness for new products and lifecycle changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, cost, and efficiency.
