Contact Lens Coordinator

Job summary

The Contact Lens Coordinator will oversee outsourced warehouse operations, ensuring performance and efficiency in Northern Europe. This role involves monitoring key performance indicators, validating operational data, and providing insights to improve service delivery. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and occasional travel to sites in the UK and Sweden.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or 3PL environments.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and experience using Power BI or similar tools.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
• High attention to detail focused on accuracy and data integrity.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory accuracy, lead times, returns).
• Validate and challenge operational data from external partners for accuracy and transparency.
• Analyze trends, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholder visibility.
• Act as the key link between warehouse operations, supply chain teams, demand planning, and customer-facing teams.
• Coordinate communication on order flow, inventory availability, and potential service risks.
• Support operational readiness for new products and lifecycle changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, cost, and efficiency.
