Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD or equivalent) with strong academic performance.
  • Relevant professional experience (typically 3–5+ years) in top-tier consulting, industry, or strategic roles.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to address client challenges from problem definition to actionable recommendations.
  • Manage specific analyses or workstreams with guidance from senior team members.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including market research and financial modeling.
  • Synthesize data into clear insights and contribute to client-ready presentations.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and support the development of junior colleagues.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for interpreting complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Team-oriented with demonstrated leadership potential and experience in coaching.
  • Adaptable and proactive, comfortable in dynamic environments and managing multiple priorities.
