Job summary

The role involves conducting a Strategic Learning Review for a multi-year Climate Change and Migration Data (CCMD) Programme, aimed at enhancing evidence-based migration management in the context of climate change. The consultant will produce a report that consolidates insights and actionable lessons for future programming.

Qualifications

  • Experience in international development, strategic learning, evaluation of international cooperation projects, and research (both qualitative and quantitative).

Responsibilities

  • Synthesize learning on the strategic value and relevance of the CCMD Programme.
  • Assess the operationalization of flexible, multiyear funding and adaptive management.
  • Identify lessons related to programme content, approaches, partnerships, and geographic engagement.
  • Generate practical recommendations for future programming, including thematic focus and delivery modalities.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Education

  • Relevant degree in international development, social sciences, or a related field.

Tools
