Qualifications

• Master's degree in law or a similar qualification
• Several years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management, or related fields, preferably in a large international setting
• Experience with third party risk management and integrity due diligence
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance frameworks

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enhance the enterprise-wide third party risk management programme
• Standardize existing due diligence processes and establish risk-based methodologies
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into actionable policies and controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, and sustainability
• Build relationships with global stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on risk matters
• Monitor regulatory developments and best practices in the industry
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for senior management
• Develop reporting processes to improve visibility of third party risks
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the programme
