Job summary

This role involves being part of a global competence development team, focusing on enhancing the skills and expertise of colleagues and partners worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or a related field.
  • Strong technical background in fluid handling equipment (pumps, valves, cleaning, and mixing equipment), preferably in the food and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Experience in technical training, product knowledge transfer, or hands-on service/engineering roles.
  • Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive product and application training sessions on fluid handling equipment for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Facilitate on-site and hands-on training at global product training hubs, typically lasting two to five days.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and support training development.
  • Assess training needs and adapt programs for diverse audiences, including field sales and technical support teams.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship to trainees and maintain training documentation.
  • Travel globally for approximately 15–18 training sessions per year.

Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical information effectively.
  • Experience with “train the trainer” programs is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint and hands-on training methods.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience with case studies and hands-on assignments.
