Qualifications

  • Experience in communications coordination, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with organizing shared workspaces and maintaining planning tools.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated Communications and Investor Relations planning and editorial calendars.
  • Capture actions from meetings and coordinate stakeholder inputs.
  • Document and maintain communications processes and best practices.
  • Help the team utilize collaboration and planning tools effectively.
  • Maintain organized digital environments for communications assets.
  • Oversee content updates for websites and intranet, and prepare reports and dashboards.
  • Support logistics for town halls and communications events.

Skills

  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a knack for organization.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows and improve processes.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in communications, project management, or related fields.

Tools
