Qualifications

  • Experience in communications coordination, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to improve workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or a regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated Communications and Investor Relations planning and editorial calendars.
  • Capture actions from meetings and coordinate stakeholder inputs.
  • Document and maintain communications processes and best-practice resources.
  • Organize Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments for communications assets.
  • Oversee updates to website and intranet content, and prepare reports supporting planning.
  • Support logistics for town halls and communications events.

Skills

  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to improve processes and create efficient workflows.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in communications, project management, or related fields.

Tools

  • Microsoft 365 suite, AI tools for workflow improvement.
