Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the operational efficiency of the Communications and Investor Relations teams by coordinating activities, organizing information, and tracking progress. The position involves supporting the development of integrated planning and editorial calendars, maintaining communication processes, and optimizing the use of collaboration tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience in communications coordination, operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project coordination skills, with a track record of improving processes and templates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in organizing shared workspaces and maintaining planning tools or editorial calendars.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for workflow improvement in a communications context.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or a regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated Communications and Investor Relations planning and editorial calendars, tracking deadlines and risks.
  • Capture actions from meetings and coordinate stakeholder inputs to align plans with priorities.
  • Document and maintain communication processes and best practices to simplify workflows.
  • Support the team in utilizing collaboration and planning tools effectively.
  • Organize Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments for communication assets.
  • Oversee updates to website and intranet content, and prepare reports and dashboards for planning.
  • Assist with logistics for town halls and communications events, including presentations and stakeholder coordination.

Skills

  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to create structure from complexity and improve operational processes.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in communications, project management, or related fields is preferred.

Tools

  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, PowerPoint) and AI tools.
