Commissioning Manager

Job summary

The role involves leading and managing all commissioning activities for data center facilities across multiple Nordic countries, ensuring compliance with high standards and effective coordination among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or 10+ years of relevant experience with electrical/HVAC certifications.
• Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager or Senior Engineer in mission-critical environments, with knowledge of L4/L5 methodologies and load bank planning.
• Ability to act as a functional lead across international borders, aligning teams and standardizing practices.
• Strong skills in interpreting complex electrical and mechanical design drawings and understanding controls and monitoring systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical workflows under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus. Willingness to travel across the Nordics is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the unification and standardization of commissioning processes across all operational countries.
• Execute the Commissioning Manual and review design documentation to integrate project-specific parameters.
• Oversee Factory Witness Tests (FWT) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), ensuring proper inspections and verifications.
• Manage the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform, including asset creation and compliance enforcement.
• Review commissioning schedules and load banking strategies, supporting procurement efforts.
• Evaluate testing scripts and witness critical site testing to ensure compliance with standards.
