Commercial Legal Counsel

Job summary

This role involves providing legal support in commercial matters within the life sciences sector, focusing on contract drafting and negotiation. The position is based at the corporate headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree, preferably a Master of Laws or Business Law.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial law and contract drafting within life sciences.
• Experience with distribution matters and competition law is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft various types of contracts.
• Advise on sales, distribution, and logistics arrangements, including drafting and negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments such as Commercial, Product Supply, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Regulatory, as well as external partners.
