About the role

Job summary

The role involves partnering with the Commercial Manager to drive the omni-Sales Commercial agenda, ensuring alignment across commercial functions and supporting planning through insights and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience in eCommerce or retail merchandising, ideally in fashion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in merchandising, commercial strategies, and eCommerce.
  • Proficient analytical skills to interpret sales data and commercial KPIs.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the omni-Sales Market commercial agenda and collaborate with the Commercial Manager.
  • Provide input on local QCP and sales plans for designated customer groups.
  • Analyze sales forecasts, track weekly sales, and recommend commercial actions.
  • Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure alignment with sales plans.
  • Oversee in-season commercial planning, including campaign setup and assortment strategies.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce leads and visual merchandising teams for execution.
  • Conduct store and site visits to assess performance and share best practices.

Skills

  • Strong merchandising and commercial acumen.
  • Analytical skills for sales reporting and KPI correlation.
  • Effective communication and planning skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field is advantageous but not required.

Tools

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and retail management tools.
