Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment Manager

Job summary

This role involves managing the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) processes for European Key Accounts, ensuring effective collaboration with major retail partners. The position is part of a temporary assignment covering for team members involved in a business transformation project.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential; fluency in French or German is advantageous.
• A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Logistics, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the CPFR process with assigned customers to synchronize demand signals and commercial plans.
• Serve as the main supply chain contact for customer teams, conducting regular reviews to address forecasting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with customer planning teams to integrate inventory levels and promotional calendars into the planning cycle.
• Build and maintain accurate customer-level demand forecasts using advanced tools and statistical methods.
• Analyze inventory flow and service level failures to identify corrective actions and document financial benefits from CPFR initiatives.
• Work closely with various internal teams to ensure customer promotions are integrated into the S&OP cycles.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in using advanced Excel models and forecasting software.

Education

• A degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management or Business Analytics is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with FutureMaster and advanced Excel for demand forecasting and analysis.
