Job summary

The role involves managing end-to-end operational delivery and quality management for high-complexity clients. It serves as a senior operational interface, ensuring timely and high-quality service while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and project coordination skills
  • Experience with high-complexity client management and escalations
  • Fluent in one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and understanding of the other two

Responsibilities

  • Resolve high-complexity operational client requests, including database changes and product coding.
  • Manage service tickets in accordance with service level agreements, coordinating across teams.
  • Act as the primary operational contact for premium clients and support de-escalations.
  • Translate client needs into internal work orders and monitor execution timelines.
  • Lead quality issue resolution and root-cause analysis with relevant teams.
  • Coordinate complex feasibility assessments and support new business growth.
  • Act as project coordinator for onboarding new clients or categories.
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
