About the role

Job summary

The role involves driving revenue growth and developing strategic customer relationships across the Nordic region and UK. The Client Relationship Manager will identify, develop, and close business opportunities while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in life sciences, CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Proven track record of generating revenue growth
  • Experience in account management or sales within CRO or preclinical research
  • Strong business acumen and consultative sales approach
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets aligned with the Annual Operating Plan
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts to increase customer value
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive business development
  • Develop strategic account plans focused on revenue growth
  • Analyze customer needs and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored customer solutions

Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
