Responsibilities

• Understand the customer’s supply chain strategy and needs.
• Support the Client Program Department in developing a strategic roadmap.
• Identify efficiency initiatives to enhance profitability and reduce costs.
• Monitor service delivery performance and resolve operational escalations.
• Engage with third-party partners and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Develop new solutions in collaboration with the commercial manager.
• Act as an escalation point for service execution and delivery issues.

Education
