The Client Program Manager will oversee the operational strategy for a key client, ensuring effective execution across Ocean and Logistics. This role involves implementing new business initiatives and enhancing the customer's supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the customer’s supply chain strategy and needs.
  • Support the Client Program Department with strategic roadmap input.
  • Identify efficiency and optimization initiatives to enhance profitability and reduce costs.
  • Monitor service delivery performance and resolve operational escalations.
  • Engage with third-party partners and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
  • Develop and deliver new solutions in collaboration with the commercial manager.

Skills

  • Proficiency in continuous improvement techniques and a metric-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of supply chain optimization and Maersk's operational structure.
  • Ability to challenge existing processes and propose innovative delivery methods.

Education

  • Relevant experience in supply chain management or logistics is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Maersk's product offerings and operational systems.
