Job summary

The Client Partner will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with clients in the Manufacturing sector, driving business growth, and ensuring successful delivery of consulting and technology transformation initiatives. This role requires acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and aligning organizational capabilities with client needs to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Management Consultant, Client Partner, or Client Delivery Partner in IT consulting and technology services.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills, with a track record of structuring client problems and leading proposals.
  • Experience in project delivery, with a willingness to contribute to project work when necessary.
  • Ability to build credibility and engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Solid understanding of digital transformation, cloud, data, or enterprise technology landscapes, along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key client accounts, including P&L responsibility.
  • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships within the Manufacturing sector.
  • Identify and create opportunities based on client needs and long-term value.
  • Lead complex opportunities, structuring proposals and designing solutions across service lines.
  • Ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction across engagements, contributing actively when relevant.

Skills

  • Strong commercial mindset combined with analytical and consulting-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and proactive client engagement skills.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with digital transformation tools and methodologies, cloud services, and enterprise technology solutions.
