Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with corporate clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong skills in Excel and MS Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive attitude focused on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary operational contact for clients, addressing operational concerns such as requirement gathering and quality issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and coordinate meetings in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales Teams.
  • Manage internal projects across Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Gather client requirements, create actionable internal work orders, and monitor project timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
  • Ensure high-quality solution delivery to clients, meeting agreed-upon timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing client data and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with BAU teams for quality checks before delivery.
  • Participate in operational and quality review meetings to address client concerns.

Education
