Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with corporate clients.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong skills in Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Proactive attitude aimed at continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational contact for clients, addressing operational concerns including requirement gathering and quality issues.
• Coordinate communication with clients, organizing calls and meetings in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales Teams.
• Manage internal projects across Commercial and Operations teams.
• Gather client requirements, translate them into actionable work orders, and monitor project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
• Ensure high-quality solutions are delivered to clients on time.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing client data and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate quality assurance checks with Business-as-Usual teams before delivery.
• Participate in operational and quality review meetings to address client concerns.
