Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in client service, business administration, or relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with fund administration and legal service providers is advantageous.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on anticipating client needs and improving processes.
• Excellent judgment and organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in financial services and asset management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process for clients and manage operational client service tasks.
• Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and support their journey.
• Collaborate with business development, operations, and legal teams to enhance client experience.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal and external parties.
• Prioritize and manage onboarding and client service tasks within the product team.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes related to onboarding and client service, proposing efficiency improvements.
• Explore automation opportunities for recurring workflows using technology.
