Job summary

This role involves contributing to project-based AI opportunities by designing computational engineering problems and creating Python programming tasks for engineering calculations and simulations. Contributors will work on unique projects that require verification of solutions and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python for numerical validation; familiarity with MATLAB, R, C, SQL, Numpy, Pandas, SciPy, or other programming languages is acceptable.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in applied, research, or teaching roles.
• Understanding of practical engineering constraints and approximations.
• Strong written English skills (C1+ level).

Responsibilities

Project time expectations

Tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements.

Compensation

Contributors can earn up to $50 per hour, depending on their level and pace of contribution, with variations based on project scope and complexity.
