Job summary

The City Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a City Center, focusing on building relationships with residential interior designers and managing a team to drive sales and enhance brand recognition. This role involves strategic business development and community engagement to ensure profitable growth and a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in generating sales reports and managing customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle within the construction sector.
  • Successful management of teams and business operations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other order management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key architects and designers.
  • Manage customer accounts, including planning and sales activities.
  • Identify and track sales leads through to closure.
  • Lead the design team to achieve sales goals and enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate team efforts to align with business strategies and market trends.
  • Plan and execute community-building events and activities, managing budgets and analyzing ROI.

Skills

  • Strong sales orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with various stakeholders in the industry.
  • Proficient in organizing events for architects and designers.
  • Creative, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.

Education

  • Preferred: University Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA is a plus.
