• Act as a senior strategic partner for key clients and complex transformation initiatives.
• Enhance market positioning and thought leadership to strengthen reputation and commercial opportunities.
• Promote the adoption of AI and technology frameworks to improve service quality and scalability.
• Foster collaboration across various departments to deliver integrated client solutions.
