Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all international studios, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Develop and refine processes and governance for project delivery from inception to completion.
• Identify and address inefficiencies while maintaining a creative work environment.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, translating ambitions into operational actions.
• Lead the firm's AI strategy, promoting adoption across all areas of the organization.
• Foster a culture of technological curiosity and experimentation.
• Collaborate with studio leadership to attract and retain talent, ensuring professional development.
• Work with the CFO to monitor project economics and overall financial health.
