Job summary

The Chief of Staff will be a key member of the Management Team, working closely with the CEO to ensure the executive team remains focused and aligned. This role involves managing the CEO's operational rhythm and representing him in various meetings and discussions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior strategic or operational role within banking, financial services, consulting, or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory frameworks, and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the CEO's agenda, management meetings, and strategy sessions to facilitate timely and relevant discussions.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and forums, ensuring he is informed of critical developments.
  • Lead the preparation for board meetings, including materials and follow-up on decisions.
  • Translate management team inputs into actionable strategic plans.
  • Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, including regulators, to support governance and compliance.
  • Facilitate cross-functional initiatives to maintain alignment across the leadership team.
