Job summary

The Chief Human Resources Officer will be responsible for shaping the global People & Development agenda of a Scandinavian design company with international growth ambitions. This role requires strategic leadership and a hands-on approach to engage with colleagues across the organization.

Qualifications

• Relevant master's degree in human resources, organizational development, business economics, or a related field.
• Substantial leadership experience in an international organization, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or customer-centric businesses.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global People & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as a strategic partner, translating business priorities into a people and culture agenda.
• Oversee recruitment and training for headquarters and new market openings.
• Strengthen the company culture and values to ensure a motivated and customer-focused organization.
• Lead the People & Development function, creating scalable processes to support growth.
• Drive talent attraction and leadership development initiatives.
• Support international growth through people initiatives related to new market entries and store openings.
• Act as an ambassador for the company’s culture and values, fostering collaboration.
