Job summary

This freelance position involves designing and developing conversational bots for various messaging platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord. The role focuses on creating reliable and user-friendly bot experiences through effective integration with backend services and APIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend, integration, automation, or bot development.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop bots for messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord.
• Design conversational flows and manage dialogue states.
• Integrate bots with large language models for natural language processing.
• Connect bots to backend services and handle webhooks and message formats.
• Optimize and debug bot implementations for reliability and performance.
• Implement monitoring and logging for production bots.

Skills

• Proficient in Python or Node.js for backend development.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and database management.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt design is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.

Education

• Portfolio of previous bot projects is required.
• English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is necessary.

Tools

• Experience with hosting and deployment solutions such as Docker or serverless architectures is beneficial.
