Job summary

In this role, you will serve as a key representative for a technology brand within a partner retail store, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and driving sales. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and training partner staff to ensure merchandising standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand in a partner store and foster customer relationships.
  • Share in-depth product knowledge with customers and partner staff.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience through product showcases.
  • Seek opportunities to raise awareness among new and existing customers.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product displays are current.
  • Conduct individual and group product demonstrations and promote sales initiatives.

Education
