Job summary

The role involves driving distributor success and enhancing market presence through effective channel strategies in the Nordic region. You will work closely with distributors and internal teams to ensure strong business performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales, preferably in manufacturing, machining, or metal cutting industries.
• Strong technical understanding of machining processes and tooling applications.
• Familiarity with value-based or consultative sales approaches.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business tools.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Swedish or other Nordic languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel programs and business plans to boost sales effectiveness and market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing distributors while identifying new partnership opportunities.
• Monitor distributor performance and take necessary actions to meet targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate communication, events, training, and product launches within the distributor network.
• Provide technical support and business development assistance to distributors.
• Conduct market analysis and contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
• Manage documentation and compliance processes related to distributor agreements.
