Job summary

An experienced Channel Manager is needed to develop and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem that drives sustainable business growth. This role involves managing the entire partner lifecycle, from recruitment to capability development and pipeline generation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in channel management, partner management, alliance management, or ecosystem development.
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing strategic partner relationships.
  • Experience in developing and executing partner go-to-market strategies and business plans.
  • Strong understanding of sales, presales, marketing, and service delivery models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically while driving structured execution and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned partners and maintain strong relationships with partner leadership.
  • Develop joint business plans with clear growth objectives and monitor partner performance.
  • Identify and onboard new partners, aligning them with business priorities and market opportunities.
  • Drive partner capability development and support training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on joint go-to-market initiatives and demand generation campaigns.
  • Monitor pipeline health and ensure partners identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish regular business reviews and ensure compliance with partner programme requirements.

Skills

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.

Education

  • Relevant experience in enterprise software, SaaS, technology, or consulting environments is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with partner enablement frameworks and channel growth strategies is advantageous.
